If the car has been delivered and has additional damage not included in the advertised/technical report, e.g. to the bodywork, make an entry in the consignment note in the presence of the driver with a description of the defects and take as detailed photographic documentation as possible.

If the car is not as described (e.g. different equipment than declared), document this condition.
