When and how will I receive the vehicle documents?

After delivery of the vehicle, the customer must notify CarsOnNet.

  1. If the vehicle is delivered by a transport company, a copy of the CMR waybill * must be sent to CarsOnNet.
  2. In the case of personal/own pick-up, a copy of the COD** must be sent to CarsOnNet.


* CMR (waybill - used by transport companies).
**COD (delivery document used by CarsOnNet and confirming personal collection and vehicle delivery). Both documents must contain legible signatures, dates of receipt and delivery and company stamps, after which they must be sent to the address: [email protected]
