If the vehicle is delivered and has additional damage not included in the content of the advertisement/technical report, e.g. bodywork, in the presence of the driver, make an entry in the consignment note with a description of the defects and prepare as accurate photographic documentation as possible.

If the car does not match the description (e.g. equipment other than declared), this condition should be documented.
